Welcome to my feeble, uninteresting life...

Ah, and here is where I begin.

Well, obviously. With the whole, blank, empty text box just there, waiting for someone to type in it. ... So, I guess I should start out by telling you about myself.

The name's Areina {well, that's how you'd say my name in Japanese}, but I usually go by "Reina" or "Raina". With the occasional "chan", "san", or "sama" at the end. I've lived twelve years on the planet we call "Earth", in the country we call the "United States of America", and in the state we call "Colorado". I recently "graduated" elementary school last June, and will be attending a brand new middle school on the 22nd of this month. Joy.

So that's me. Now onto my ramblings of my boring life.

Tee hee.

So, let's see. Last night I went to bed at about four AM, due to that nasty little Harry Potter book. {Not really nasty, though. I can't believe George lost his ear! GEORGEE!!} So I got a good, solid, five hours of sleep. Yay. (Only an hour less than what I'm used to, nowadays.)

Woke up at about nine, since my mom wanted me to go to the vet's office with her. I wasn't much of a help, though, but it was fun seeing other people who liked our dogs. I love our dogs; they're so beautiful. Not too bright, but beautiful.

After the vet's, I proceeded to keep my nose in Deathly Hollows, occasionally jumping up and exclaiming, "My God!" or "No!!" and even, "Bathilda is odd." In which my mother replied, "What part are you at?!" or "Yes!!" and even, "You don't know the half of it." It was a fun little car ride home with the dogs whining in the background.

So when we got home, my mother and I picked up my brother and drove to dear old DR; where my mother teaches and my brother attends school. Daniel (My brother, otherwise known as "Opah") and I were "forced" (Sick of quotations and parentheses yet? I'm not.) to help my mother partially set up her classroom.

Opah did most of the work, since I'm virtually useless when it comes to physical labor.

Or physical anything, for that matter.

So, with Opah starving, and me with an almost empty stomach (having only eaten a piece of toast with strawberry jam earlier in the morning), we left to good old Aurora, where we went to a Korean market and had some delicious Korean food. Mmm, Korean. We also managed to pick up some duk (a sticky, glue-y rice treat) and a wonderful pint of green tea ice cream. If you haven't tried green tea ice cream before, I strongly suggest you mosey on down to your nearest Japanese restaurant and order yourself some green tea ice cream. It'll do you well.

Anyway, back on topic.

After we were content, and after Opah took some pictures of massive vegetables on his camera phone, we left Aurora. And while I read, my brother and mother proceeded to have a lengthy conversation, and at one point involved the word "penis" (which was how it caught my attention, sadly enough). I still don't know what they were talking about, but it sounded like they were having a fun, enjoyable conversation. So I'm glad.

After we got home, I can't really remember what happened. I think Opah and I just signed onto our computers and my mother rested upstairs (she has just had a surgery, so she's been a bit... weary).

Then my step-father, Scott, came home, and told us there was a magnificent rainbow outside. Which there was! It was a beautiful, full colored, fully arched rainbow. 'Twas spectacular, I say. Spectacular.

After we came inside, Opah and I returned to our computers and soon enough, we were being called for dinner.

At the dinner table, we ate, chatted... I was being my usual, ditzy, confused, and kind of stupid/oblivious little self and got myself made fun of. So when I told my brother that I had gotten the fifteenth volume of One Piece (Oh! Forgot to mention, after Aurora, we dropped my brother off and my mother and I went shopping. Target and Borders... school supplies, and, well, books), he had asked if he could read it. And since he had just made fun of me minutes before, I refused, stating that I wouldn't let him read the book because he was being unkind to me. He actually didn't get it after a while. I kind of had to spell it out for him. (And if you're an older sibling who has undergone a similar situation and still do not understand, it is because I felt I needed more respect than what he had given me, so as punishment for his "rude" actions, I decided not to let him read my book. See?)

After a while, I let him read it as I continued to read Deathly Hallows. Then I stopped, and signed onto the computer, went onto deviantArt for a while, and that was it, really.

So yes. My day. Uninteresting, really. And if you've gotten this far, I congratulate you. I really hope you aren't mentally damaged, now. But, if you're reading this, you probably already are a bit mental. :)

I do believe that's it.

Thank you for reading. <3

Psh, you got a cool blog name! Synastry? Darn.

You know, I wish I had been a talented a writer at your age. You're good, Raina.

Perhaps too good.
